Who are you?
We are a growing company that started out as a family business selling candies from a garage in central New Jersey. Although today we have expanded and are no longer working out of a garage :) we still run on the same family values that have guided us from the start.
What do you sell?
We started out selling candies and our product line has expanded to include a lot more than that! Today we sell bedding, pet supplies, pool items, cleaning products, yoga and fitness equipment, organic teas and nuts, candies, grocery items, and more. We are constantly expanding and always looking for quality products that we can offer our customers with the same exceptional customer service you have come to expect from Milliard.
Where do you manufacture your products?
While we design and test our products in our New Jersey office, we manufacture all over the world allowing us to offer top quality American designed items at affordable prices. Many of our products are made in China, Japan, and India, and our organic and food lines are generally produced in South America.
The country of origin should be clearly printed on the label, and if you have any questions feel free to reach out to us for more information.
How do I know your products are safe to use?
Our goal at Milliard is to offer top quality products, and therefore safety comes first. We make sure products in our home, baby, personal care, electronic, and pet departments meet or exceed the quality expectations of third-party inspection agencies for evaluation and testing.
Our grocery items are obtained from only reputable sources and distributors to be sure they are of the highest quality and purity before they even reach our certified packing facility. We also carry many items that are certified organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, and Vegan or Vegetarian to suit your particular dietary needs, restrictions, or lifestyles – so you can feel good about what you eat, as long as it bears the Milliard name.
If an item isn’t good enough for our home, it’s not good enough for your home.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and although our return policy will vary across the different selling channels, you can expect an excellent buying experience when you shop Milliard. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue at hand.
