To start a return, within 30 days you can contact us.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit within a reasonable time frame, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For the return of defective items, shipping costs will be reimbursed in addition to a full refund.
