Every order gets free standard 2-5 day shipping. We currently ship to all addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and Military Bases.
All orders placed before 1:30 PM EST will ship same day, all other orders will ship the next business day.

To start a return, within 30 days you can contact us.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit within a reasonable time frame, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For the return of defective items, shipping costs will be reimbursed in addition to a full refund.
Please be advised that Milliard Brands reserves the right to reject returns on products received in any of the following conditions:
- Any product returned without all original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product that appears to have been tampered with or altered in any way.
- Any product that does not match the product originally purchased.
- Any product received beyond the 14-day window from when the return was approved.
